We have enabled the "Reputation" feature globally for Ottawa Valley Airsoft.

At the bottom of each post you'll now see the following icon:

What this allows you to do is give someone "points" for a useful post, information or help. You can only add points - there is no "negative" reputation score. Clicking on this icon will open a pop-up window where you can enter a short reason for the reputation boost to that user, and give them a point of reputation.

The idea of the reputation system is merely to reinforce positive and constructive information throughout the community. If someone posts some information that is clearly informative, helps you out or is just plain good stuff, give them a point.

A users reputation score can be seen in the left-hand side post information box, under their name and tags, above the date and warning level.
