Trigger problem
My trigger doesn't fully return in semi, I have to push it forward slightly and I don't have this problem in auto. My gun also doesn't feed properly it'll feed a few then one will just roll down the barrel

RE: Trigger problem
replace trigger switch. Seems all the heat has finally warped it enough to cause clearance issues. It also might be rubbing your Tappet and causing it to not work which would be your misfeed issue

RE: Trigger problem
You can usually just sand/bend the trigger contacts instead of replacing them. Then again if they are damaged to the point that they warped that much it may be best to replace them.

I had this happen once and I had just installed the trigger spring on the wrong side of the trigger. There wasn't enough clearance so it was binding up.

Have you tried yelling at it and/or threatening its mother?

RE: Trigger problem
I swore at it a lot, it just sat there and laughed at me. It's brand new mechbox so there shouldn't be a problem with the contacts, it is very tight in my lowers though so it could be a squishing issue. Thanks guys

RE: Trigger problem
one thing i notice now that the mechbox is out of the lowers is that the selector plate is rubbing on one of the bushings. The contacts look in mint shape ( as they should)
The mechbox looked like it wasn't sitting straight in the lowers, it was more to the right at the front then the rear, but that could just be because the upper isn't pushing it centered or that is more than likely my feed problem.
I apologize that my sentences are kind of disjointed but my thought patterns are a tad disjointed as well

RE: Trigger problem
If the mechbox isn't sitting straight in the receiver it could cause the trigger problem as it may rub against the sides of the hole the trigger goes through. Bushings sticking out too far can cause all sorts of odd issues and I really try to avoid that. Some filing on the inside of the lower can help or get different bushings.

RE: Trigger problem
i think i'll have to sand down the lower receiver to make it fit better
